Very aromatic, with a strong malty taste. Gives the beer a full color and completes it. Increases the taste stability and intensifies the reddish beer color. Gives the beer full mouthfeel. This special Malt variety was described as “Turbo Munich”.

Well suited for amberbier and dark beers, Scottish beers and red beers like Scottish Ales, Amber Ales, Red Ales, and Irish Ales. Up to 20%.
